We design custom parts from scratch, ready to 3D print. You get an itemised fixed quote with a written specification for every part, so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before any work starts.
What we design
Design from scratch
An idea, a sketch or a broken part, turned into a print-ready 3D model.
Repair and modify
Change an existing model: resize it, add mounting holes, fix the fit.
Enclosures and brackets
Housings for electronics, wall mounts, fixtures and custom fittings.
Prototypes
Test parts to check form and fit before you commit to manufacture.
The process

Tell us your idea
Send a description and any sketches, photos or files using the form below.

Talk it through
We arrange a time to call or meet, agree the scope, and you get a rough idea of cost.

Itemised quote
You get a written quote listing each part, with a specification it'll be designed to meet.

Choose and accept
Choose whether we print the parts and how many revisions to include, then accept online and pay a 50% deposit.

Design and revise
We confirm an estimated date and share drafts. Each round of feedback is one revision.

Final files
Pay the remaining 50%, and your final files are released (plus prints, if chosen).
How your quote is worked out
Every project is different, so there's no one price. Each quote is built from the same fixed rates, so it's consistent and you can see what each part of the price is for.
A booking fee
A small fixed fee covering the scoping call and preparing your quote.
Each part, by size
Each part is classed as major (a main body or housing) or minor (a clip, cover or spacer) and priced at a fixed rate for that class.
Features
Complex features (hinges, threads, snap-fits, organic shapes) and minor extras (text, holes, chamfers) are each priced at a fixed rate.
Printing, if you want it
You can add one print of each finished part, at a fixed rate per part.
Revisions you choose
Pick how many rounds of changes to include. Extra rounds later are paid for before they start.
Paid in two halves
50% when you accept the quote, and the rest before the final files are sent. The files are yours once the project is paid in full.
