We ship 3D prints to every address in New Zealand, from Kaitaia to Bluff, for a flat $12 per order. Parts are printed in Mt Eden, Auckland, dispatched within 3–4 days and couriered with NZ Post, or you can collect them free in Auckland.

How much does shipping a 3D print cost?
A flat $12 per order, anywhere in New Zealand, however many parts are in it. Pickup from Mt Eden, Auckland, is free.
Because shipping is charged once per order, it's cheaper to batch parts together, especially small ones on the $5 small 3D prints deal.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 3–4 days of payment. NZ Post then usually takes 1–2 working days within the North Island and 2–3 working days to the South Island.
Times are typical, not guaranteed: rural addresses, public holidays and weather can add a day. Your tracking link shows the live status. See the returns and shipping policy for what happens if something goes wrong.
Can I get a part designed if I'm not in Auckland?
Yes. Design projects run by email and video call, so it doesn't matter where you are. You approve an itemised quote, we design the part in CAD, and the print is couriered to you.

Do you ship 3D prints to rural addresses?
Yes. Rural delivery is the same flat $12, but NZ Post can take an extra working day to reach rural addresses.
Do you ship 3D prints overseas?
Not through the online checkout, which is New Zealand only. Get in touch if you need a part sent overseas and we'll see what's possible.
Which courier do you use?
NZ Post. You get a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.
